Full home renovations in NY, NJ & CT
When the whole house or apartment needs work, you need one general contractor who runs every trade in the right order.
A full renovation is a sequence problem. Demolition, framing, rough plumbing and electrical, inspections, insulation, drywall, finishes and paint all have to happen in the right order. We plan the job room by room and manage the whole sequence for you.
We renovate single-family houses, multi-family homes, condos, co-ops and entire apartments, including basement finishing and layout changes. You get one itemized proposal covering the full scope and one point of contact from start to finish.

Why AAV Contracting
Full Renovations questions
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
It depends on the scope. For phased work we can keep a kitchen or bathroom usable while other rooms are done. We'll plan that with you at the walkthrough.
How do you price a full renovation?
After a free walkthrough you get an itemized proposal with each part of the job priced separately, so you can see exactly where the money goes.
Who does the electrical and plumbing?
Licensed electricians, plumbers and HVAC contractors we work with regularly. We schedule and manage them, so you deal with one contractor.
