It depends on the scope and on material lead times, especially cabinets and countertops. Your written proposal lists the schedule and lead times before any work starts.
Can you install cabinets or materials I already bought?
Yes. We can install materials you supply or source them for you. The proposal spells out exactly which items are included.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel?
Layout changes and new plumbing or electrical usually need permits, while cabinet and counter swaps often don't. Requirements vary by town, and we go over them during the walkthrough.
